Public Courses

Payment

The course fees must be paid in full prior to the course date. If not paid in full, Me Actually reserves the right to ask the delegate for payment on the day, or reallocate the place to another delegate.

Me, Actually will issue an invoice to the client within one working day of a booking on a course.

Late Payment

In the event of late payment, Me, Actually reserves the right to charge interest on the outstanding amount at the rate of 2% per calendar month.

Prices

The prices published on the website are correct and Me Actually undertakes to ensure that the information is accurate and up to date. In the event that there is a discrepancy between the quoted and actual price, the customer will be charged the price as seen on the website at the time of booking.

The price includes all course materials.

Cancelling Courses

All cancellations must be made in writing to info@meactually.co.uk. In the event of a cancellation, the following scale of charges applies:

• Where more than 28 days’ notice is given, there is no cancellation charge and a 100% refund will apply

• Where between 15 and 28 days’ notice is given, a cancellation charge of 50% of the course fees will apply

• Where less than 15 days’ notice is given, a cancellation charge of 100% of the course fees will apply

Changing Delegates and Transferring Courses

In the event that a client wishes to substitute a delegate on a specific course, there will be no additional charge.

In the event that a delegate wishes to transfer to a later course, there will be an administration charge of £25 applicable.

Courses Cancelled/Changed by Me, Actually

Me, Actually strives to provide the best quality service to its customers and reserves the right to update and refresh the content of its programmes without prior notice.

In the event that Me, Actually cancels a course, delegates will be offered an alternative course date, a credit note (valid for 12months from the date of the course) or a full refund. Me, Actually will not be liable for the reimbursement of any additional costs, such as travel costs.

Course Materials

Me, Actually will provide course materials for delegates on its programmes. These are for guidance only and Me, Actually cannot be held responsible for any delegate’s subsequent interpretation of them.

Discount Bookings

In the event that a block booking of ten persons or more is made for a course, a 10% discount will be offered on the total course fees for the group.

Corporate Clients

Payment

Clients will be invoiced within one working day following the delivery of an agreed piece of work, in accordance with the client’s procurement and invoicing procedures. Me, Actually terms and conditions of payment state that payment is to be made within 30 days of receipt of the invoice.

Late Payment

In the event of late payment, Me Actually reserves the right to charge a late payment fee of 25% of the total amount.

General

Equality Statement

Me, Actually undertakes to make its courses accessible to all delegates. In the case of specific requirements, please write, detailing these, to info@meactually.co.uk two weeks prior to the course date. Me, Actually will meet these requirements, as far as it is practical to do so, at no extra cost.

Health and Safety

All delegates will be expected to act in accordance with the health and safety protocols at the location where the course is taking place.

Complaints Procedure

In the event that a customer is unhappy with the quality of the course, these concerns must be put in writing to info@meactually.co.uk. Me, Actually undertakes to respond to a customer within one working day of receipt of a complaint.

All copyrights and course materials developed for our courses remain the sole property of Me, Actually and may not be used elsewhere without prior permission.
