A half day event for line managers dedicated to improving team performance and delegation

Working with experienced facilitators, learn how simple coaching techniques can help you get the best out of your team. Create the conditions for better communication, so that you can:

• delegate with trust and confidence

• prioritise work with your team effectively

• assess improvements in productivity

• use the organisational appraisal system for review and future planning
