Coaching and mentoring encourage professional growth, help achieve clarity of vision and provide a nurturing environment for the development of skills.

At Me, Actually we are passionate about coaching and mentoring. Within an organisational context, both coaching and mentoring have proven highly effective methods for achieving a number of benefits, such as:

Working with professional, experienced business coaches and mentors, you can identify your indivdiual short, medium and longer term professional objectives and explore how they support the key strategic aims of your organisation. You can develop a programme to meet those needs, with agreed identifiable outcomes and the skills of self reflection and self motivation to inspire you to achieve them.

Your coach/mentor is available for email/telephone support between sessions for the duration of the programme.

Sessions are one-to-one, conducted either face to face or remotely, at an agreed time, location and date.
