About Marian...

Marian Weston is a published author with an international background, acknowledged by the international expatriate community as a specialist on the effects of short term assignments on the family unit. With a varied career encompassing retail, event management and Marketing/PR, Marian now specialises in working with people entering or returning to the workplace, who are unsure of their career options. In particular she works with students and women returning to work. She has a holistic approach to career development, encouraging her clients to take responsibility for making their own choices and decisions critical to shaping their future, and provides support and direction as they navigate the often complex career choices open to them. Marian is a professionally qualified coach, having obtained a certificate in life coaching and diploma in performance coaching (business) from Newcastle College.

Marian juggles various interests, including running, swimming, travelling, writing and a full family life.
